Miguel Ali Berdiel (born December 27, 1983) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player for Leones de Ponce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). Berdiel has played in the NCAA, CBA, the NBA G League, and the BSN. Internationally, Berdiel has played in Belgium, Slovenia, Cyprus, Mexico and Uruguay. Berdiel was a member of the Puerto Rico national basketball team from 2007 until 2014.
Berdiel played his college career with Valparaiso from 2001–2006. During his college career he earned the Second Team All-Mid-Continent.
Berdiel has played professionally in the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico since 1999.
During the 2006–2007 season, Berdiel played with the Utah Eagles of the Continental Basketball Association (CBA). Berdiel also played internationally in Belgium.
On 11 June 2007, Berdiel signed a contract with the New York Knicks of the NBA to participate in the 2007 Summer League. The Knicks had shown interest in Berdiel during the 2006–2007 season having offering him a 10-Day contract in which he was not released by the Dexia-Mons Hainaut of the Belgium league and could not accept the offer.
During the summer of 2007, Berdiel participated in the Las Vegas Summer Pro League with the New York Knicks. After playing in the Summer Pro League he continued to Brazil for the 2007 Pan-American Games as a member of the Puerto Rican National Basketball Team winning the Silver Medal.
On 1 Nov 2007, Berdiel was drafted for a second season in row in the NBDL Draft. He was chosen by the Albuquerque Thunderbirds with the 12th pick in the sixth round. On May 21, 2008 the Indiana Pacers invited Berdiel to participate with the team in the NBA's summer rookie league. [1]
Berdiel is known for his playmaking and defensive prowess. At 6'6", he is an exceptionally-large point guard who can see over defenses and get in the passing lanes when defending. Twice he led the BSN in steals, earning all-defensive team honors.
Berdiel's NCAA stats in 124 games are 981 points with a 7.9 PPG, 507 assists with a 4.1 APG, 340 rebounds with a 2.7 RPG, 176 steals with a 1.4 SPG, .391 field goal percentage, .668 free-throw percentage, and .338 3-point percentage.
The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, abbreviated as BSN, is the first-tier-level professional men's basketball league in Puerto Rico. It was founded in 1929 and is organized by the Puerto Rican Basketball Federation.
Jerome Alfred Mincy Clark is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player who was born to Shelly and Willie Mincy at Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on November 10, 1964. He played in the NCAA with the UAB Blazers and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) with Vaqueros de Bayamón. He was a member of the Puerto Rican national team from 1983 to 2002.
Daniel Gregg Santiago is a Puerto Rican basketball coach in the IMG Academy and former professional basketball player. A center, he had a collegiate career in the NCAA and NAIA. His professional career saw him play in the NBA, the Baloncesto Superior Nacional of Puerto Rico, and overseas. Santiago has played for the Puerto Rican national team since 1998 until 2014, including been part of the 2004 team that defeated the United States at the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece.
Peter John Ramos Fuentes, nicknamed as Mr. Beast, is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player and professional wrestler. He is the sixth athlete from Puerto Rico to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the third drafted, gathering success in the NBA Development League (NBDL), where he was an All Star during the 2006–07 season. Ramos has also played in Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN), the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was a member of the Puerto Rico national basketball team from 2004 to 2016, making his Olympic debut in the game where Puerto Rico defeated the United States at Athens.
Christian Dalmau is a Puerto Rican retired professional basketball player, and current head coach of the Indios de Mayagüez in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He is the second son of the legendary Puerto Rican basketball star Raymond Dalmau. Dalmau has played in the NCAA, the National Basketball Development League, and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional in Puerto Rico. Dalmau has played internationally in Turkey, Poland, and Israel. Dalmau was a member of the Puerto Rican National Basketball Team that defeated the United States in the 2004 Olympic Games.
Elías "Larry" Ayuso is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player, who currently serves as head coach for the Piratas de Quebradillas of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). Internationally, Ayuso has represented and played for the Puerto Rican national team since 2001. He was part of the 2004 team that defeated the United States at the 2004 Olympic Games.
Rick Apodaca is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player. Apodaca has played in the NCAA, USBL, NBDL, and the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico (BSN) with the Arecibo Captains, Bayamón Cowboys, San German Athletics and Leones de Ponce. He also played professional basketball in Poland, Italy and Turkey. Apodaca was a member of the senior Puerto Rican National Basketball Team that defeated the United States at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games.

Fajardo has played in the CBA, NCAA, and the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico (BSN) with Santurce Crabbers, Quebradillas Pirates and the San Germán Athletics. Fajardo has played internationally in France, Italy, and Greece. Fajardo participated in the 2005 Pre-Season Training Camp of the Toronto Raptors of the NBA. Fajardo was a member of the Puerto Rican National Basketball Team, most notably the 2004 Puerto Rican National Basketball Team that defeated the United States at the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece.

Díaz was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in 2006, becoming the fifth Puerto Rican ever drafted by the NBA and the eighth to play there. He has also played professionally in Europe and in Puerto Rico.
Filiberto Rivera, also known as "Fili", is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player for Gigantes de Carolina of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN), in Puerto Rico. Rivera has played in the NCAA, NJCAA, and has also played internationally in Germany and Italy. He was also a member of the Puerto Rican national team earlier in his career.
Alejandro "Bimbo" Carmona is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player for the Gigantes de Carolina of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). After going undrafted in the 2005 NBA draft, Carmona participated in 2005 pre-season training camp of the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association, and then played with the Fort Worth Flyers of the NBA Development League. Since then, he has been playing in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) with Gigantes de Carolina, Vaqueros de Bayamón, Indios de Mayagüez, Brujos de Guayama and Piratas de Quebradillas. Carmona was a member of the Puerto Rico national basketball team since 2006.
Manuel Narvaez is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player. He has played in the NBDL, National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico (BSN) with Santurce Crabbers, Coamo Marathon Runners, Ponce Lions, Bayamón Cowboys, Morovis Titans, and the Isabela Gallitos. Narvaez was drafted by the Albuquerque Thunderbirds with the 1st pick of the fourth round of the 2006 NBDL draft. He was a member of the 2006 and 2007 Puerto Rican National Team.

Jones has played in the NCAA, Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) with Vaqueros de Bayamón, Leones de Ponce, Piratas de Quebradillas, and internationally in the Chinese Basketball Association with the Shandong Lions. Jones was a member of the Puerto Rican national basketball team since 2007.

Reyes was born in New York he has played in the United States American Basketball Association, the Premier Basketball League, the Dominican Republic Liga Nacional de Baloncesto, the Mexico Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional, the Uruguayan Federacion Uruguaya de Basquetbol FUBB, the Australian National Basketball League, and the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional. Reyes has been a member of the Puerto Rican National Team since 2006.
Teófilo "Teo" Cruz Downs was a Puerto Rican professional basketball player. After playing college basketball, Cruz played in Puerto Rico's top-level league, the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) with Cangrejeros de Santurce, Indios de Canóvanas, Mets de Guaynabo, Cardenales de Río Piedras, and Taínos de Mayagüez. Cruz also played in Spain with Picadero Damm, and in Belgium with Racing Club Mechelen.
Nathan Peavy De Jesús is a former Puerto Rican-American professional basketball player who currently serves as head coach for Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He previously served as the head coach of the Salt Lake City Stars of the NBA G League from 2020 to 2022. Between the 2017 and 2020 seasons, he served as assistant coach for the team under head coach Martin Schiller.
Denis Clemente is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player for the Capitanes de Arecibo of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He played collegiately in the United States with the Kansas State University Wildcats, and led the team to the Elite 8 round of the 2010 NCAA Tournament, before losing to the Butler Bulldogs. He is a 6'1, 175 pound combo guard.
